San Siro is not the Milan football stadium relocated but rather a change of name for the place formerly known as Santa Maria Rezzonico.
Whilst it has a ‘centre’ with shops and restaurants, it’s probably best regarded as a sort of suburb of Menaggio, with all that means in terms of the closeness of the attractions of the mid-lake area and western branch.
